The London Tourist Coach Operators’ Association is a Trade Body run by Coach Operators who have a real understanding of the problems and difficulties associated with coach operations in London. Members are Coach Operators including some of the larger national companies; and many smaller family run businesses. They operate coaches in London and struggle against inadequate facilities and often unreasonable penalties and restrictions. The LTCOA appreciate the importance of our customers not only to our own businesses but also their commercial value to our capital city. LTCOA are well aware of the limitations to kerb-space in London, but equally they understand and appreciate that with care and thought the space could be much better utilised. LTCOA is working with TfL and the Authorities to improve set down and pick up arrangements for London’s major venues and both short and long term parking facilities to ensure that our drivers are given the facilities to do their job.
